I am a rare creature called a Graphic Facilitator. That means I provide both lead facilitation and simultaneous graphic capture of your meeting. It is a very rare skill and only a handful of people are at my level of proficiency at this in North America. I calculate off of a general rate of $3000/day for corporate and government work. $1800 for not-for-profits and schools.
Graphic facilitation projects quoted on a per event basis, as each event is unique and has its own requirements and needs. Most of my work is multi-day planning meetings and visioning retreats where I operate as a lead facilitator (in partnership with my client). In addition to time spent in meeting room, various prep and follow-up documentation is also required.
General Quotes (all are approximates):
Half Day Events: $3000.00
One Day Events: $4500.00
Two-Three Day Events: $6000-10,000+

Ideal participant size is approximately 20 or less participants, although adaptations can be made to accommodate larger groups (up to 60 or 70). Graphic facilitation also has very specific space requirements (larger rooms with plenty of wall space are required).

Fee Policies:
Direct expenses (travel, accommodation, meals, postage, etc.) are additional. 6% GST applied to all Canadian projects.
50% deposit required to secure dates, remaining 50%, plus expenses, upon completion.
U.S. projects are billed in U.S. Funds.
